Got your Oathentic Hotpot Broth and want to change things up? You don't have to limit our broth to just hotpots! Get creative with it and cook up dishes that are both delicious and healthy! Here's our Vegan Miso Ramen recipe that we have crafted after weeks of tasting!



All you need is a packet of Oathentic Collagen Boosting Broth (Sesame), and some simple ingredients.




Oathentic broth's natural sweetness means you won't need long hours of boiling to get a tasty, fresh and healthy broth!


Cheat’s Recipe using Oathentic Hotpot Broth

Recipe 1: Vegan Miso Ramen

Note: Amount of ingredients are indicative, you can adjust according to your own preference. Below recipe serves 3-4 pax.


The ingredients and steps are kept simple and made possible with Oathentic’s fresh broth!

Ingredients: 3 cloves garlic minced 1 knob ginger grated 2 shallots minced Mushrooms of your choice, diced 1 tbsp bean paste (any type, can be spicy version if you like some spiciness in your ramen) 4-5 tbsp of miso Corn kernels (canned or steamed) 3-4 servings of ramen noodles 1x1.2L packet of Oathentic Collagen Boosting Broth (Sesame)

Optional for garnishing: Seaweed Spring onion (chopped) Leek (slice the white stem portion)


Instructions 1. Stir fry garlic, ginger and shallots till fragrant. 2. Add in mushrooms and continue to stir fry till cooked. 3. Add in bean paste and miso paste, mix well 4. Pour in Oathentic’s Collagen Boosting Sesame Broth and bring it to simmer 5. Taste your soup and adjust with more bean paste or miso if necessary. 6. Keep your ramen broth simmered while boiling the ramen separately. 7. When ready to serve, place ramen in bowl and pour ramen broth over. 8. Add corn kernels for topping 9. Garnish with spring onion/seaweed/leek


There you go, delicious healthy miso ramen in 30 mins or less!
